At the far edge of a bustling metropolis lies a small, scurvy-ridden harbor that’s nearly forgotten. The people there are either drunk or hungover, and the air is thick with the stench of tar, vomit, and rotting fish. As Harbor Marshals, it’s your job to monitor incoming ships and maintain order.

Your boss, the Harbormaster, oversees everything. Your performance and salary depend on how well you carry out your duties, which include collecting tolls, breaking up fights, maintaining peace, and solving crimes. Alternatively, you can engage in shady activities—accepting bribes, inciting brawls, or neglecting your duties. The choice is yours.
